New Spongebob Episode, Tuesday- Pineapple Fever

Quick review:  Warning, spoilers below

Pretty blah episode. 

Spongebob, Patrick and Squidward are all trapped within SB’s house a hurricane comes roaring through Bikini Bottom.  The interaction between SB and Patrick is, as always, entertaining as they talk around in circles.  A couple of cute lines, nothing stellar.  Enter Squidward, and the story begins as SB and Patrick’s antics slowly drive him crazy.  The funniest part of this scene is when Squidward tries to explain how he won a game of tic-tac-toe to SB and Patrick while holding the winning piece of paper up, and we see SB and Patrick consulting a book of tic-tac-toe advanced rules.  Quite funny.  Squidward goes crazy after eating snailfood and finding his access to the downstairs of the house blocked by SB.  He escapes SB, raids the fridge, and all heck breaks loose, with all 3 of them acting like apes, just like their ancestors did in Spongebob BC.

It ends with Squidward running from the house after it appears the storm is over and plummeting to the ground (the storm is not, in fact, over.  It has just coalesced into a tornado which had lifted SB’s house high above the surrounding homes)

All in all a fair episode, one that has repaly value but is far from being a classic
