Only in Philadelphia Several days ago, and 11-year old girl was raped after dropping her sister off at school. Witnesses came forward, and between their descriptions, and the girl’s description, police put together a composite sketch of the attacker and managed to discover his identity.   The police showed this sketch around several neighborhoods in Philly, and in one of those neighborhoods, people recognized him.  And when he showed up, they beat the crap out of [...]
